Why not charter a Platu 25!
Royal Akarana Yacht Club has ten Platu 25 keelboats available to charter for club racing, regattas or any event or day out that you are planning for.
Charter Rates
Regatta (2 days)
$400 charter + entry fee ($100 per person / $50 per day)
One Day (Full Day)
$200 charter + entry fee ($50 per person)
1/2 Day or Evening
$160 charter + entry fee ($40 per person)
A bond of $500 is required prior to any charter - RAYC will hold your credit card details and charge if required. If damage exceeds $500 then RAYC will determin if the damage was from user behaviour of wear and tear.
If racing in an RAYC organised event the fleet sails must be used to ensure one design across all boats.
