Royal Akarana is a beautifully located Yacht Club on the Tamaki Drive waterfront with outstanding views across Okahu Bay and yet only a few minutes drive from the centre of Auckland City.
The facilities lend themselves to virtually any type of function, being an ideal venue for a business conference, prize giving, agm, buffet, dinner, wedding, wake and private parties from 10 to 200 guests.
One of the club rooms enjoy panoramic views across the bay, and the other has a stage and dance floor making it a unique venue for functions of all kinds.

The club has two different sized rooms and lots of parking. The unique atmosphere and panoramic views across the bay combine to make Royal Akarana the perfect location for successful business events. We have a number of preferred catering suppliers so that we can tailor menu’s to suit all tastes and budgets.

Any function whether a wedding, birthday party or public meeting can be tailored to your specific requirements. Our largest room lends itself to parties with a stage and dance floor and our club room is great for formal dinners or BBQ’s outside with a view overlooking the bay.
